Ahem................attention please!!!! (tapping stick on podium) Is this thing on??

Okay, in honor of Halloween, almost turning 40, midlife puberty, and an FO I have composed a ditty to go with my first FO for the month. This was composed in the shower this morning and no, I have not had any caffeine.

This song will be sung to the tune of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

PurlGirl the crazy knitter
Had a very shiny nose
And if you saw it Wednesday
You would even say it glows.

All of the other knitters
Didn't laugh or call her names
They all knew the reason why
she was on a chocolate high!

Then one teary Tuesday morn
She said the hell with it
"Damn you ugly, bulbous zit!
I'm gonna find a scarf to knit!"

Then all the knitters joined her
And they shouted out with glee!
"PurlGirl you are so crafty.
You'll go down in fashion his-to-ry!!"

The moral of the story..................when life gives you zits, make scarves.
